Suttle Tie connects the Black Butte ranch area with Suttle Lake, and is often ridden as an out and back from the Suttle Lake loop.
The trail roughly parallels Highway 20 as it climbs Northwest from Sisters.

Still several patches of snow today in shady spots — some patches are 4-5″ deep and although walkable, not rideable by most people on XC bikes. Two large downed trees that can be walked around. Still worth the trek to the lake, but when you hit the paved road, you will want to stay on it for the last 1/8-1/4 mile because the singletrack down in the trees is full of snow.
