E-bikes allowed on Start ‘O Willamette
Start ‘O Willamette starts at the North end of Timanogas lake – and takes up to Windy Pass. Grades are sustained at about 12-14%.
This class 3 trail is open to dirtbikes and to E Bikes. It is important that dirtbikers are aware of the special nature of these remote trails. DO NOT leave ruts, and do not abuse the area. The local land manager has considering shutting the area down to motorized use if people cannot keep the area as pristine as they found it. If you cannot ride around a tight switchback with a pivot turn, get off your bike and man handle it around the corner.
