E-bikes allowed on June Lake
June Lake is an intermediate trail out to a lake which looks fairly similar to Indigo Lake. This trail is basically an out and back from Timanogas or on your way back down you can take the June – Indigo Tie as a shortcut to Indigo Lake Trail.
This class 3 trail is open to dirtbikes and to E Bikes. It is important that dirtbikers are aware of the special nature of these remote trails. DO NOT leave ruts, and do not abuse the area. The local land manager has considering shutting the area down to motorized use if people cannot keep the area as pristine as they found it. If you cannot ride around a tight switchback with a pivot turn, get off your bike and man handle it around the corner.
