Trail Description

ebike allowed or not caveat

E-bikes NOT allowed on Bobby Lake

Bobby Lake trail is a short but scenic trail that runs from NF 5897 to Bobby Lake. This is a perfect, short trail for people with kids or families as the terrain is fairly mellow with a wide tread through a lovely hemlock forest. A short distance into this ride you intersect the top of Gold Lake trail. Once to Bobby Lake you can ride further by heading left along the lake shore which takes you on to Moore Creek trail.

Note that close to Bobby Lake the trail intersects the Pacific Crest Trail, and you will need to walk your bike about 100 feet to the left to get back on to the last section of the Bobby Lake trail.

As with all Waldo region rides – be mindful of early season mosquitoes if you stop anywhere in the shade.
